1. What We Collect

• Account data: Name, email, phone number, password (hashed)
• Profile data: Resume, skills, experience, career goals, salary expectations
• Company data: Company name, industry, size, team members
• Conversation data: Chat messages with Mira and Jill
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns

2. How We Use Your Data

• Match candidates with relevant job opportunities
• Power AI career coaching and interview preparation
• Send job alerts, shortlists, and interview reminders
• Improve our AI matching algorithms
• Generate anonymized market insights (salary benchmarks, hiring trends)

3. What We Share

Candidate profiles are shared with hiring companies ONLY when the candidate explicitly accepts an introduction. Private context (cover letters, career goals shared with Mira) is never shared.

Company information is shown to candidates when they review job matches.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

4. Your Data Controls

• Profile visibility: Set to Open, Exceptional Only, or Don't Share
• Company blocklist: Hide your profile from specific companies
• Notification preferences: Control email and WhatsApp notifications
• Data export: Download all your data in JSON format
• Account deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean). We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Passwords are hashed and salted.

6. AI Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our career agent (Jack) and recruiter (Jill). Conversation data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
